Ron founded RCH Company in 2003 with a vision to open a premiere full-service engineering and land surveying firm, as well as to provide an inviting work and career developing environment for staff members.

Ron began his career path in 1988 with a local engineering firm while completing Construction Management at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.  He later completed Civil Engineering at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, while continuing his busy work schedule.  His experience includes design expertise in all aspects of civil engineering, land surveying, and construction projects.  From subdivision development, commercial site development, and commercial construction management, to roadway/bridge design, municipal improvement projects, water distribution, and wastewater projects.

Ron is licensed as a professional engineer and land surveyor in multiple states and is registered in NCEES records.  Additionally, he holds both a Louisiana commercial and residential construction licenses, as well as being a registered Certified Building Official with the International Code Council for commercial building and residential plan code review.

Ron has been selected to serve as president of the 2009 Northeast Louisiana Homebuilders Association, as well as being an active member of professional engineering and land surveying associations.

In 2007, Ron was appointed by U.S. Congressman Rodney Alexander to serve on the Ouachita Expressway Authority commission, a newly established toll authority charged with securing funds to build a fourth bridge across the Ouachita River, in Ouachita Parish.  He was later appointed as Chair of the commission by Louisiana State Senator Mike Walsworth, who introduced the legislation that formed the commission.

Senior Designer

Mr. Haisty has over 45 years of engineering and land surveying experience.  He began his career in 1963 with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, where he ascended the ladder of responsibility as opportunities for promotion were presented.  Mr. Haisty is credited with the design of numerous roadway, bridge, and highway projects across the northern portion of the state.

Upon retirement with the Department in 1995, he went to work in the private engineering industry utilizing his expertise in municipal street and utility projects as well as continuing plan development for LADOTD through its Consultant Contract Services outsourcing program.

In 2003, Mr. Haisty joined his son, Ron Haisty, Jr., as a charter member to form RCH Company where he continues to utilize his vast design expertise in plan development of all aspects of civil/site engineering, commercial construction, land surveying, and highway/roadway design. 

Code Administrator

Becky Fraser is a certified code professional proficient in the State’s building codes and ADA standards.   Ms. Fraser has 25 years of experience in construction inspections, plan review and management.  She has worked side by side with local, state and national agencies to develop safety standards.  During her career she has provided expert testimony for injury and ADA related cases.  Ms. Fraser has presented many seminars for continuing education credits and has taught classes at U.C. Davis regarding the implementation of construction codes.  Ms. Fraser is capable of problem-solving complex building design obstacles allowing your project to move easily through the process.  Becky is a leader in the industry and has received several local, state and national awards in appreciation of her dedication and hard work in the industry.


Office/Surveying Manager

Glenda’s invaluable experience includes all aspects of engineering and land surveying firm operations, as well as the demands of business/professional functions of accounting, licensure, and insurances.  Her 30+ years of experience were gained while employed with Maroney Engineering under the leadership of the late Mr. John G. Maroney.  She joined the team of RCH in 2007.

Glenda’s responsibilities include direct contact with our clients regarding land surveying needs, abstracts, and the scheduling of the surveying projects.  She works directly with the design personnel in development of surveying plats and legal property documents.


Survey Technician

Robyn graduated from I.T.T. TECHNICAL INSTITUTE, Tampa, FL in 1987 with an Associates Degree in Commericial Engineering Drafting Technology, she has been in the Construction field for over 25 years. She has worked from the Structural side such as working on the Grand Floridian at Disney World, the Mechanical side with laying out Fire Alarms in Hospitals to the Surveying side going from an AutoCAD Tech to a Project Manager. She has handled Multiple Projects from Interstates to Commercial Retail to a 1200 Home site Golf and Country Club Subdivision. Robyn joined the RCH team in August of 2013.  

Engineer Intern

Sarah graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Engineering and Science with a Major in Civil Engineering.  While obtaining her degree, she interned at The Beta Group and received knowledgeable experience in the soils field.  After graduation she became a certified Engineer Intern after passing the FE.  Sarah joined the RCH team in May of 2014.  


Administrative Assistant

Lindsay joined RCH Company in the Spring of 2011.  She brought five years of experience as Administrative Assistant in the engineering industry with a thorough understanding of coordination with staff in meeting the needs of clients.  Her many tasks include clerical documentation, plan and specification reproduction, and support of business administration.  Lindsay also leads the team in compilation of archives and historical documents as have been obtained with recent company acquisition.


The accomplished staff shown above are supported by additional technical staff including, land surveyors, inspectors, and clerical staff.
